ICF to CMU Comparison

The following sheet compares a Regular Concrete Block Home (CMU’s) to a Home Built With BuildBlock Insulating Concrete Forms (ICF’s) using the following: 2925 Sq Ft Home 8’ Walls (65’ x 45’ Dimensions 1405 Sq Ft Wall) 2 car garage (16070), 2 Doors 6068, 1 Windows 8832, 3 Windows (4654), 3 Windows (3031), 2 Doors (2868). Typically larger structures will compare about the same as this smaller structure with 1 exception. Homes with several openings tend to cost even less using ICF’s Vs CMU because ICF’s do not require Lintels. Prices may very for larger projects.
