ICF construction saves tax dollars! Over the life of the structure ICF construction costs considerably less than concrete block, or stick frame. The pictures on this page show the new Armed Forces Reserve Center in Pinellas Park, Florida built entirely with ICF forms. Some of the walls are 45’ high. The Armed Forces are extremely happy with the structure. Not only are they saving money on energy costs, but they are safer behind the 6” re-enforced concrete walls. The Armed Forces did not make this decision lightly. After extensive testing they chose ICF’s to be the best wall system for their application.

If you’re responsible for the construction of local, state, or federal facilities, we understand you’re under enormous pressure to make every dollar count. Your budget is limited and your actions are often dictated by committee. It isn’t hard to make a case for ICF construction when it comes to government and municipal buildings, but it does require re-educating those who are satisfied with “the way it’s always been done.” We’ll give you the data you need to educate your organization and the general public about the worthwhile implementation of ICF construction.
