Railroad Ties are replaced by all the rail road companies on a regular basis. The Rail Ties once removed are graded as A, B, or C then sold in lots.

We have found over the years that the B grade Rail Ties are nicest looking ties for the money. However, where the B Grade comes from also makes a difference. B grade ties coming out of Florida will not be as desirable as B grade from the Carolina's because of the exposure to the intense sun in Florida.

Because of our relationship with the rail road we are able to offer the best B grade ties available.

Our Railroad Ties are 6 1/2" x 9" x 8' 5" and weigh approximately 80 pounds. They are treated and will last for years in most environments. Rail Ties are delivered via flatbed semi which is outfitted with a forklift that will be able to place your Rail Ties close to your project in most cases.
